Bana Idris is a certified lifestyle dietitian with a passion for healthy living and a love for wellness. Her career took off when she launched a nutrition clinic and a health-focused catering business.

She realized that diets aren’t effective and chose to share her expertise through educational initiatives. Bana has been refining her skills for over 13 years and has delivered her innovative programs and extensive knowledge in more than 100 individual and group educational workshops.
